I'm Carrie, your trained (DONA) birth and postpartum doula, serving the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.
My mission is simple yet powerful: to offer unconditional and nonjudgmental support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.
My goal is that you and your partner feel fully supported, genuinely heard, and respectfully valued.
We can personalize a birth plan that aligns with your unique desires and preferences, ensuring that you have the birth experience you've always dreamt of. And, most importantly, I believe in empowering women to be active participants in their own decision-making process and to be aware of all the available options.
With my expertise as a certified doula, I'll provide you with the guidance, knowledge, and emotional care you deserve, every step of the way. This birth experience is yours, a story you’ll cherish forever.

My Story
Becoming a Mother of 2 little ones of my own my heart exploded (in a good way of course!) I was so filled with joy and love and our story, my reality, gets better and better every day I spend with them. Not only did I birth two babies, but the passion of wanting to help, support and be there for other women was born. It's truly like a fire inside of me and the thought of being there for you as you navigate through this unforgettable, magical journey - I would love to be there for you and your partner in any way that feels right for you. I am drawn to comfort measures, and love that there are so many different options and tools to help make pregnancy, birth and postpartum a cherished experience for you.

"I would highly recommend Carrie as a doula to any expecting mom. Carrie was incredibly responsive throughout my pregnancy and leading up to my birthing time. She offered just the right amount and type of encouragement during my prodromal labor that came and went throughout the week. When it came to the support during my birthing time, she was great at recommending ways to speed along my labor as well as providing validation and emotional support to cope throughout the process.
